Yuri Matskin

 

" When I was seven, my dad took me to a sculpture studio of the pioneers’ palace in Kharkov. Since then, taking breaks, sometimes short, sometimes long, I have been studying drawing and sculpture. " Yuri Matskin, Sculptor.

 

Born in Kharkov (Ukraine) in 1951, he graduated of  Kharkov's Academy of Industrial Art. He studied from 1976 untill 1981.
